About Us
Who We Are
Founded in 2022 by Lorrie Morris, Motherlode Feral Cat Alliance is a 501 (c)3 organization dedicated to helping reduce the feral cat population in the Motherlode region.
Our team is comprised of animal lovers with a wealth of experience working with feral and community cats and nonprofit animal organizations. We are an all-volunteer team, putting 100% of every donation towards our mission. If you've been a part of the Calaveras Animal Community for any amount of time, you'll recognize many of the names of our Board Members and Volunteers. We've been around for a while, and many of us worked together previously. We love what we do!
