Spay/Neuter Reimbursement

Instructions for Requesting funds
Submitting the Veterinary Invoice 1. After the cat has been spayed or neutered, obtain a detailed invoice from the Veterinarian. 2. The invoice must include: * The Veterinarian's name, address and contact info. * The date of the procedure * A description of services (e.g. spay/neuter, rabies vaccination) * The total cost of the services 3. Email a clear, legible copy of the invoice to: INVOICEPAY4MFCA@GMAIL.COM 4. Ensure the email subject line includes: YOUR FULL NAME 5. In the email body include your name, address, phone number, email address and brief description of the cat. 6. We will review invoice and your reimbursement will be processed within 7-10 days if all requirements are meant.
